We mainly reveal how global warming is affecting the plant community, plants population and species in the Shirakami Mountains .<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nature.hirosaki-u.ac.jp\/shirakami\/english\/study\/plants.html\" class=\"arrow\">more<\/a>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Zoology<\/h3>\n<div class=\"box_img\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/nature.hirosaki-u.ac.jp\/shirakami\/english\/study\/animals.html\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/nature.hirosaki-u.ac.jp\/shirakami\/wp-content\/themes\/shirakami\/english\/assets\/img\/contents\/study_animals.png\" alt=\"Zoology\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Zoological division investigates all kinds of animals in the Shirakami Mountains. The one of our aim is to clarify the fauna and make the reference collection of animal specimen of this area.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nature.hirosaki-u.ac.jp\/shirakami\/english\/study\/animals.html\" class=\"arrow\">more<\/a>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Meteorology and Geology<\/h3>\n<div class=\"box_img\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/nature.hirosaki-u.ac.jp\/shirakami\/english\/study\/landscape.html\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/nature.hirosaki-u.ac.jp\/shirakami\/wp-content\/themes\/shirakami\/english\/assets\/img\/contents\/study_landscape.png\" alt=\"Meteorology and Geology\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Meteorological and Geological division deals with local climates and terrestrial phenomena of the Shirakami mountains.
